We commit our effort to offer best possible service in a timely manner and to your satisfaction. We also promise to accomplish job in a professional and hassle free manner. So we may ask for require information from our client to complete job on time, otherwise delays expected. We do not guarantee any refund, if you change your mind or find alternative option to complete job after payment to us. If you provide any incorrect information, your application may take up to 28 days to process. We do not guarantee your desire outcome, as government authority may reject your application.

If you want to stop a specific task after payment, please notify us via email to or call us on 1300 302 778 within 1 hour of payment. We will refund you in full if a work request has not been started after 3 business days of payment. In order to claim a refund, you must have clear proof of purchase – typically, but not always, a receipt or your payment transaction record.
